SALES POLICY
PRICING: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
All sales are subject to Colorado sales tax.
AREA OF SERVICE: We currently and exclusively sell to customers in the United States.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payment by credit or debit cards. We reserve the right to add additional payment methods without notice at any time.
PROCESSING TIME: We endeavor to process and print your order within five to seven business days after customer’s final image approval, depending on volume.
SHIPPING: All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. We endeavor to deliver your order within seven business days of printing your order.
AVAILABILITY: All orders are custom sized and printed on demand. If your choice of wall covering is out of stock, you will be notified so we can discuss options.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: All our products are custom printed. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. We also do not refund custom-made products if you change your mind. After you have approved your final mural image, printing is imminent, and orders will not be changed or cancelled.
Please inspect your mural before starting the installation process. We will not issue refunds on products that have been adhered to a wall, cut, or modified in any way.
We do not issue refunds if you damage your product after delivery. Do not to use sharp objects when opening your packaging and read the instructions How to hang your mural.
If an order is eligible for a refund the funds will be issued back to the original payment method.
DAMAGE AND DEFECTS: We will issue exchanges for incorrect orders that are the fault of Jitterbug, orders that are damaged during shipping, or products that are defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will work quickly to get you a replacement.
COLOR VARIATION: Colors may vary slightly due to ink lots and differences in computer monitors. Color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
MEASUREMENTS: Jitterbug is not responsible for incorrect measurements or faulty installation. Before placing your order, please refer to How to measure your walls and follow the steps to achieve great measuring results for your custom mural.

GIFT CARD POLICY
1. Protect gift cards like cash. If lost or stolen, cards can be replaced with proof of purchase by contacting customer service at Jitterbugpaper.com. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Jitterbug gift cards are redeemable only at the Jitterbugpaper.com website. Jitterbug gift cards SHALL NOT be applied toward any purchases made at any of our affiliate internet stores or online marketplaces. Jitterbug gift cards do not expire.
2. Jitterbug gift cards are redeemable at Jitterbugpaper.com for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. For gift card balance, contact Jitterbugpaper.com. Jitterbug gift cards remain the property of the issuer.
3. Jitterbug gift cards are subject to the terms of this Jitterbug Gift Card agreement. Your use of a Jitterbug gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
4. The purchase and use of a Jitterbug gift card does not exclude the buyer or gift recipient from Jitterbugpaper.com policies. Review Jitterbug’s Terms and Conditions before using your gift card.

What information does Jitterbug collect?
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US: We store any information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
AUTOMATIC INFORMATION: We automatically collect and store information about your use of Jitterbug, including which products and content you view, and which products you add to your favorites list. We use “cookies” and automatically collect other unique identifiers when your web browser and device accesses Jitterbug.
What does Jitterbug do with my information?
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY: We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
PROVIDE, TROUBLESHOOT, AND IMPROVE JITTERBUG: We use your personal information to provide functionality, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of Jitterbug.
COMPLY WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS: In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Does Jitterbug sell my information?
No. We do not sell your personal information to any third-party. The information you provide to Jitterbug stays with us.
How secure is my information?
Our systems are designed to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software. We apply all relevant patches and updates to keep Jitterbug as secure a system as we can make it.
What information can I access?
You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options in the “Your Account” section of the website.
Can I delete my information?
Yes. You have full control to modify or delete any information stored in “Your Account.” Most browsers and devices provide options about accepting new cookies or other automatically collected identifiers. We recommend you leave them turned on or you will be unable to add favorites, add items to your Shopping Cart, or proceed to Checkout.
Are children allowed to use Jitterbug?
Jitterbug does not sell products to children. If you are under 18, you may use Jitterbug only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or caregiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework
Jitterbug is currently only available in the USA and therefore does not participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
AI POLICY
At Jitterbug, we believe art is first and foremost a critical pillar of human expression and experience. As such, we do not sell any works of art that have been generated by artificial intelligence.
We believe in human artists and human made art. Furthermore, we believe that proper attribution of the works of art that we do sell is vital for art lovers to understand the artists who created them, the circumstances in which they were created, and the meaning behind those works of art, if known.
Jitterbug does, however, employ AI software for the sole purpose of enhancing the clarity of images for printing purposes. We do this to produce the most detailed and accurate wall murals possible, elevating the original works so they may be admired on a larger scale than when they were first created. Where gigapixel images are available, we use those in place of AI.
