Description

During his London sojourns, Claude Monet captured the Houses of Parliament in the late afternoon and at sunset from a terrace at Saint Thomas’s Hospital. This perspective mirrored that of English artist J. M. W. Turner, known for his visionary paintings of the 1834 fire that ravaged much of the old Parliament complex. However, in his interpretation of the dusk and mist, Monet found inspiration in the works of a more contemporary Thames painter, the American James McNeill Whistler.

At Jitterbug, we bring the essence of these artistic masterpieces to your space with our fine art wallpaper murals. Transform your walls with the serene beauty of Monet’s sunsets and the ethereal ambiance of the Thames River, creating a timeless and elegant atmosphere in any room.
