Description

This beautiful drawing, offered as a wallpaper mural, was created by André-Jean Lebrun, born in Paris in 1737. A celebrated French sculptor, Lebrun won the Grand Prix of the Académie royale de peinture et de sculpture in 1756. This award allowed him to study at the Villa Medici in Rome, where he created notable works for the church of San Carlo al Corso, including a statue of Judith and a bust of Pope Clement XIII.
